Katelyn and Blake knew they wanted a wedding that felt true to who they are – something meaningful and personal.

“The most important things for us were having all our loved ones and close friends there, and not being limited by restrictions around numbers, noise, or how we could set things up. Blake’s parents’ property on the Wallamba River was not only a place that held special meaning for us, but it also ticked all the boxes. Plus, it was right near a caravan park, which made it super easy for our guests to stay close by!”

CEREMONY
“Our ceremony took place down by the river. I had the world’s longest aisle – walking from a neighbour’s house (actually five houses down!) along the road and into the backyard. It gave me time to soak it all in, share a giggle with my dad, and take in the sight of Blake waiting for me at the end. It was magic.”

RECEPTION
“The reception was held at the top of the property under a marquee that was styled beautifully. The night wrapped up with an epic dancefloor that carried on well into the night. One of the best parts of being on private property? No noise restrictions or lockout times!”

DETAILS
“We were incredibly lucky to have access to such an amazing venue. It really did take a village to bring everything together (so worth it!). The whole family pitched in with gardening duties, along with our closest friends helping on the day to set everything up alongside our incredible vendors.”
