Josephine and Mitchell were both a little apprehensive about having a wedding at first.
“The idea of a formal, traditional day didn’t really feel like ‘us.’ But the moment we drove up to the venue on the water at Elizabeth Beach, Pacific Palms, we were overwhelmed picturing all our friends and family there together. We knew instantly we had to lock it in!”
CEREMONY
“We were nervous about how we would feel on the day – especially about saying our vows in front of so many people. But instead of being nervous, we had the biggest smiles on our faces all day and we were genuinely surprised at how calm and present we felt throughout the ceremony. Saying our vows to each other in front of our loved ones, was just incredible.”
RECEPTION
“At sunset, we snuck down to the beach together for our first moment alone as husband and wife, and that was probably our favourite part of the day. The rest of the night was filled with dancing, laughter, and celebrations – it was truly magic.”
DETAILS
“We worked with some incredible vendors who supported us from start to finish to ensure the day looked and felt exactly how we imagined. We were after a relaxed, coastal vibe – more like a celebration with friends than a formal event.”
