With exclusive use of the property, couples and their guests can arrive, settle in and make the most of a relaxed wedding weekend surrounded by farmland, mountain views and the peaceful river. Choose from three beautiful ceremony locations – the River Bank, Rock Face or Gum Tree – each offering a naturally stunning backdrop for your ceremony and wedding photographs. Longview Farm also takes care of the set-up and styling, with an extensive collection of complimentary décor and furnishings available to help bring your vision to life.
Following the ceremony, guests can relax into cocktail hour on the lawn, enjoy lawn games and refreshments from Miss Rosie, the charming caravan bar, before making their way to the spectacular Party Shed for the evening celebrations.
CELEBRATE AT THE PARTY SHED
Open on three sides and overlooking the Nowendoc River, The Party Shed is a relaxed and beautifully rustic reception space designed for memorable celebrations. The spacious undercover deck can accommodate up to 150 guests, with a dance floor, stage and impressive sound and lighting system creating the perfect atmosphere for dinner, speeches and dancing long into the night.
With your choice of caterer, BYO alcohol and a wealth of complimentary styling items and furnishings included, there is plenty of freedom to create a celebration that feels completely your own. The Longview crew also take care of set-up, styling and pack-down, allowing you to concentrate on enjoying every moment.
STAY, CELEBRATE & MAKE A WEEKEND OF IT
One of Longview Farm’s greatest charms is the opportunity to keep your favourite people close. The iconic Rotating House provides a private riverside retreat for the wedding couple and their closest family and friends, sleeping up to 10 guests and offering breathtaking panoramic views across the river and valley. It’s the perfect place to get ready, gather together before the ceremony and unwind after the celebrations.
For guests, Longview offers 22 beautifully appointed glamping tents, each with comfortable beds, power, lighting, heating and cooling, as well as private outdoor areas. There is also camping accommodation for caravans, motorhomes, camper trailers, swags and tents, together with a fully equipped camp kitchen, BBQ area, amenities and other facilities to make a weekend stay comfortable and enjoyable.
And because there is so much to enjoy beyond the wedding itself, your guests can turn the occasion into a genuine country escape – from kayaking and swimming in the river to fishing, lawn games, outdoor fires and movies under the stars. Optional extras can add even more fun to the experience, including yoga, river tubing, fireworks and an ice cream truck.
